• Totally web based so does not require client software. Can be used across a network or the internet by anyone with a web browser
• Can be installed on your own servers, eliminating the need and recurring cost of external hosting. We can host the software if you wish, contact us for details.
• View all resources for a single day, or view a single resource for a whole week
• One or two week timetables are supported
• Up to 20 lessons/sessions per day are supported. Lessons/sessions can be renamed (eg 'lunch' instead of 'period 5')
• Weekend bookings allowed if required
• Users can delete their own bookings but only view other peoples bookings (administrators can delete any booking)
• User names and passwords etc. can be bulk uploaded via a CSV file
• Produce reports.
